Job Description :


Manage, filter and channel communication from various sources to provide complete and accurate information between the organization and the client. Seek, find, develop and close profitable sales opportunities with existing and new clients.

- Accountable for millions of dollars of revenue at specified margin % (to be determined yearly by the company).
- Accountable for yearly sales plan determined by individual and the company.
- Qualifies and develops new business opportunities.
- Understand, communicate and follow company procedures and policies.
- Manage communication of clients and IDL via physical meetings and conference calls.
- Manage client contacts and partners.
- Work closely with the project management and support and train new team members.
- Coordinate critical project deliveries.
- Responsible for managing the project budget to meet client expectations and company profit goals.
- Work with client to establish schedule and actively drive program milestones.
- Ensure project closure including billing and collection.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines and policies.
- All other duties as required.

*  Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and executives within the company and the client...
*  Ability to effectively deliver persuasive presentations geared towards individual client needs...

This position requires a service oriented business person who appreciates a team based environment and is committed to working towards providing our clients and our clients customers with an exceptional experience (in person, on the phone, email). This position requires an experienced account manager who is responsible for sophisticated client accounts.
